Stewart's Heating & Air Cond., has recently moved it's operation to 2430 Reliance Ave., Apex, NC, centrally located in Pinnacle Industrial Park. 
In our 12,000 square foot facility, we have a fully stocked warehouse, service department, full sheet metal fabrication department, customer service representatives and administrative staff. All this ensures you quality workmanship and on time service. Our company is family owned and operated and has been serving the Triangle Area for over 25 years.

Stewart Lucas
Stewart Lucas has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC field. During his fifteen years of employment with Stahl-Ryder, Mr. Lucas, who started as an installer, worked his way up to Superintendent of large commercial projects. After obtaining his North Carolina State heating license, Mr. Lucas began his own business, where today he serves as President of Stewart's Heating & Air Cond.,, Inc.
Chris Thorne
Chris Thorne, General Manager and company Vice-President, has been with Stewart's Heating & Air Cond.,for 15 years, starting out as a helper in residential installation. During those fifteen years, he has continued his education by attending a variety of courses related to the HVAC field. In 1996 he obtained his H-3 Residential Heating License and in 2000 he obtained his H-2 Commercial HVAC License. Chris prides himself in gaining respect of fellow business people and employees by continuing the operating procedures set forth by Stewart Lucas. He is a hands on manager, spending most of his time in the field to ensure quality assurance.
