This home being built by award winning custom builder, Legacy Custom Homes, Inc., provides another fine example of our work. We offer High-efficiency systems, that with proper zoning, can keep you comfortable in even the extremist of weather conditions. We work on residential projects ranging from 800 square feet to 15,000 square feet. This is Tramour Village, one of the projects we have been taking care of for Premiere Homes, II, Inc. Tramour Village is designed and developed by Mr. Henry Mc Nair, Developer of the Year. This project represents the teamwork between builder and subcontractor. These beautiful homes have the best of everything, including an Amana HVAC system, "that Lasts and Lasts and Lasts."™ Our on site supervisors pay extra attention to detail, making sure that all state and local codes are met and exceeded and that the system works according to specifications before the new homeowners move in.
Our installation department is trained in all the latest methods of installation, including proper duct sealing. All products used in our installation are UL listed, EPA approved and Energy Star rated. We take special care to ensure our materials stay clean during the homebuilding process. The best equipment in the world will not pay energy dividends, if it is not installed properly.
